160 JAD
The new 160 JAD in HD COMPOSITE FIBERGLASS material is realized in two measures of outer shell, to guarantee the best comfort for all sizes. It's an extremely light helmet, space-saving, created to satisfy all the requests made by the most ambitious scooter riders. The external long visor is equipped with PINLOCK predisposition, which allows a total protection from the wind and, in the meanwhile, offers a wide field view without any distortion. The hidden sun visor offers protection from the sun. The AIR STREAM SYSTEM is built-in the helmet, made by a front air vent combined with a rear extractor. The system maintains stable the temperature in any condition by maximizing the air flow inside the helmet. The inner linings and cheek pads are made in EXTRACOOL fabric, they're removable and washable, engineered to allows the use of the glasses, and embellished from the high visibility bands to increase the passive safety. The equipment is completed by the predisposition for the intercom installation, anti-theft loop at strap, elastic strap loop and the micrometric buckle.Average weight small shell 1220gr, average weight big shell 1280gr.

SHELL IN HD COMPOSITE FIBERGLASS
The shell is realised in composite fibers amalgamate and made solid thanks to the use of thermoherdener resins in vinylester with epoxy base. The use of composte fibers allows a good resistence to the shock strenght joined to a higher lightness, moreover, the shells in fiber are not influenced by the temperature changes and have a better resistence to UV rays.
EXTRACOOL INNER LININGS | HIGH VISIBILITY INNER LININGS
The EXTRACOOL linings are realized with a new fabric with an innovative design, it is breathable and antibacterial and extremely soft on skin.
The high visibility inner linings are made with inserts or bands in reflective material or in fluo colours to make the helmet more visible, increasing passive safety.
PINLOCK PREPARED
The visor includes specific pegs for inserting the Lens Pinlock® against the fogging of the visor which could happen due to the breath and to the difference of inner temperature and external temperature of the helmet. Pinlock® has developed for CGM a unique Lens Pinlock® 70 (DKS002) available in different colorings for different kind of weather conditions.
TWO SIZES OF OUTER SHELL
To realize models in different sizes of external shell allows to give a fit and a very good comfort fitting for all the sizes. The shell of reduced dimensions is useful to cover the smaller sizes, on the contrary the shell of bigger dimensions allows to cover the bigger sizes. A shell specially realized for some sizes allows to avoid an excessive encumbrance when the helmet is worn on.
AIR STREAM SYSTEM
The ventilation system AIR STREAM SYSTEM is made by resealable front air vents, air ducts inside the inner shell and rear extractor. The fresh air comes in from the front air vent of the helmet and, by coming through the apposite channeling, goes right to the pilot. The air circulation is generated by the exploitation of the movement that creates a negative pressure and push the inner hot air towards the rear part of the helmet, here the hot air comes out from the rear vents. In this way the pilot benefits from a constant air recycle that always guarantees a comfortable temperature.
