360 KAD
The 360 KAD is a full face designed for the motorcyclists ready to feel the thrill while darting on the road, without giving up on comfort. It is realized in three measures of outer shell so to let the maximum comfort in each available size, it is realized in HD COMPOSITE FIBERGLASS, which allows maximum safety and lightness. The anti-scratches external visor with PINLOCK predisposition can offer a particular wide vision, by maintaining a stable and safe design, it is realized with tilting system and lock in closed position. It is equipped with two air vents, one on the front and one on the chin bar, which channel the flow of the air in the helmet, and two extractors from which the warm air is expelled. The linings and the cheek pads are realized in EXTRACOOL fabric, they're removable and washable, engineered to allow the use of the glasses and embellished by the high visibility bands to increase the passive safety. The helmet is provided with a SOS RELEASE SYSTEM which allows a quick release of the cheek pads in case of emergency. The chin and neck deflectors block the air from getting into the helmet, by increasing the stability and quietness. Furthermore, this model is equipped with hidden sunvisor, intercom predisposition, nose deflector, metal micrometric buckle and elastic strap loop. SHELL IN FIBERGLASS
The shell is realised in composite fibers amalgamate and made solid thanks to the use of thermoherdener resins in vinylester with epoxy base. The use of composte fibers allows a good resistence to the shock strenght joined to a higher lightness, moreover, the shells in fiber are not influenced by the temperature changes and have a better resistence to UV rays.
PINLOCK PREPARED | HIDDEN SUN INNER VISOR
The visor includes specific pegs for inserting the Lens Pinlock® against the fogging of the visor which could happen due to the breath and to the difference of inner temperature and external temperature of the helmet. Pinlock® has developed for CGM a unique Lens Pinlock® 70 (DKS002) available in different colorings for different kind of weather conditions.
The darken hidden inner visor acts as a sunscreen handy and easy to use. It is enough to lift it down to use it or to lift it up to exclude it from the visual field and go back to a traditional visual.
EXTRACOOL INNER LINING | HIGH VISIBILITY INNER LINING | NECK DEFLECTOR
The EXTRACOOL linings are realized with a new fabric with an innovative design, it is breathable and antibacterial and extremely soft on skin.
The high visibility inner linings are made with inserts or bands in reflective material or in fluo colours to make the helmet more visible, increasing passive safety.
It’s a fabric protection placed along the perimeter of the neck, which prevents the air getting into the helmet by increasing the quietness and stability.
3 SIZES OF EXTERNAL SHELL
To realize models in different sizes of external shell allows to give a fit and a very good comfort fitting for all the sizes. The shell of reduced dimensions is useful to cover the smaller sizes, on the contrary the shell of bigger dimensions allows to cover the bigger sizes. A shell specially realized for some sizes allows to avoid an excessive encumbrance when the helmet is worn on.
SOS RELEASE SYSTEM
The SOS RELEASE SYSTEM allows to quickly remove the cheek pads, in an emergency, while the helmet is worn. By pulling the emergency red strips, the pressure buttons will release and the cheek pads extraction from the lower part of the helmet will be possible. This system must be used only in case of emergency.
AIR STREAM SYSTEM
The ventilation system AIR STREAM SYSTEM is made by resealable front air vents, air ducts inside the inner shell and rear extractor. The fresh air comes in from the front air vent of the helmet and, by coming through the apposite channeling, goes right to the pilot. The air circulation is generated by the exploitation of the movement that creates a negative pressure and push the inner hot air towards the rear part of the helmet, here the hot air comes out from the rear vents. In this way the pilot benefits from a constant air recycle that always guarantees a comfortable temperature.
